Apex Pacific is a company in Australia that we (Dynamic Software) purchased, repackaged and sold a few products from under our own brand name.

When Dynamic Software released PPC SaaS ™ in July of 2008 to replace the Apex Pacific product Bid Maximizer in our product lineup, Apex Pacific saw this as a threat to their revenue stream and no longer desired us to resell any of their products.

The relationship between the two companies was strained for a number of years and Dynamic Software planned introduce replacement products for the few Apex products we marketed.. All Dynamic Software's other products and service had no relationship to Apex in any way. Dynamic Software has always maintained a software engineering team in the United States.

Dynamic Software also believes Apex Pacific has violated US Federal Law. It was necessary to stop doing business with Apex Pacific for a number of reasons but the most important reason was to protect our customers and to make sure we provided our customers with the best products and services possible. There is now pending legal action between the two companies.

Please be advised that Dynamic Software ™ will be re launching all of our products, the first product was Bid Maximizer which was re-launched as PPC SaaS ™

All of our products containing the Dynamic Software Logo will be designed in the United States.
